An invitation-only worldschool for the fastest-growing cohort in education nobody is serving properly — and the training ground for the Transcript Engine.

Worldschooling and homeschooling families of teenagers cannot easily translate experiential learning into the standardized transcripts university admissions require. The families most able to give their children extraordinary educations are the least served at the moment it must become paper.
Atlas Academy operates as an umbrella-school provider: student portfolios are assessed against standards-aligned rubrics by qualified educators, and validated learning is issued as formal transcript credit — wrapped in the five things families can't build alone.
Remote-work wealth created a durable class of globally mobile families. Worldschooling communities, co-living education villages, and family-travel networks are compounding — while the credentialing layer remains a cottage industry of Facebook advice. The buyer is high-net-worth, self-directed, and currently unserved between "expensive boarding school" and "DIY homeschool paperwork."
Most education AI is trained top-down on generic internet text. Atlas inverts it: every manual credit-mapping decision made by a qualified educator during a season becomes a labeled training example for the Transcript Engine — under explicit consent and data-use agreements. The AI recommends; educators decide; every transcript carries human sign-off. That design is also what accreditors require.
| Scenario | Mix (24 seats) | Gross revenue | Net operating profit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Floor | 24 Standard | $91,200 | $28,200 |
| Target | 16 Standard / 8 Premium | $115,200 | $52,200 |
| Ceiling | 24 Premium | $163,200 | $100,200 |
Fully-loaded overhead of $63,000 includes venue, NGO fees, insurance, marketing, staff travel — and founder compensation. Even the floor scenario covers all overhead. Season profit funds the technology build; no property purchase, no outside capital required to start.
Invitation-only page → discovery calls → $500 refundable deposits. Target 12–24.
Deposit-funded Costa Rica scouting: venue LOIs, NGO MOUs, budgets.
Greenlight at 10+ committed students; deposits convert to tuition.
Run the season, pay salaries, bank profit, collect assessment evidence.
Profit + grants fund the AI build; Cognia application follows the season.
No venue contract, hire, or travel until demand is proven. The metric that matters is deposits, not decks.
This is what lets a data-driven education company survive contact with accreditors, regulators — and parents.
